February Freeze

It's almost the middle of February and we are really getting
winter weather this year. More snow than I've seen in ages and
temps was below normal for this area. I can't wait for friggin springtime
to get here and it's not even March yet.
Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

My light bill jumped up by $30 this month to almost $200.
I need a change of scenery, bad.
